Sustainably sourced from the Isle of Man, Manx Kippers are made from smoking fresh herring, an oily fish full of omega 3. The herring have been split, gutted, brined, and cold-smoked over hardwood — traditionally oak, to give them the rich smoked flavour. Once cooked, kippers are tender and flaky, perfect for breakfast.
