Whilst poly boxes are perfect for keeping fish cool they are not so great for the environment. We believe that sustainability should not just be about the fish sourcing but also the packaging you put it in. Our packaging is currently not recyclable but we are working hard on a new box and wool lining to send your fish out in. Watch this space. All the trays that we pack our fish in are made from Ocean prevented plastic. The tray contains 80% of recycled plastic from consumer packaging. A proportion of this recycled packaging is sourced from areas of our world that have been identified as at high pollution risk due to plastic waste. This material has been collected and recycled to ensure the material in this packaging did not end in our oceans causing further environmental damage. The trays are recyclable.
