Turbot is a large meaty flat fish much prized by chefs. The turbot is a fast-growing and powerful flatfish. Our turbot is of the highest quality and is highly prized with a delicate flavour. We recommend cooking them, like plaice on the bone under the grill. Spread a little butter on the and add a dash of lemon or lime juice and some seasoning before cooking or take a look at one of our turbot recipes for some extra inspiration. Best June to Feb.
