Storage & Preparation:

Previously frozen.Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Dust the fillet in four. Pan-fry in a little oil and butter, 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Seasn with salt and pepper and squeeze over a little lemon juice to taste.
