Sustainable MSC Cornish skin on hake portions with a smokey garlic butter, the perfect combination – Fish with a twist. Caught by gill net off the coast of Cornwall, Cornish hake is one of the jewels of the Cornish catch. The flesh is quite soft but firms up during cooking and is a great Cornish alternative to cod. Two portions of skin on hake and two butter portions, quick to cook and delicious. Pan fry for 5-8 minutes and enjoy.

Storage & Preparation:
Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened comsume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Preparation and Usage
Heat pan with a little bit of oil. Place hake skin up in the pan. Place butter on top of each filet portion and fry for 5-8 minutes until fish is cooked. Spoon over any melted butter to serve. Not suitable for microwave cooking. May contain bones.
