Cornish sardine butterfly fillets in a Mediterranean marinade. A splash of lemon juice and touch of Mediterranean sunshine – Fish with a twist. Sardines are available in Cornwall in abundance between late summer and through the winter months and are landed by our ring netters into Newlyn harbour. Ideal for the BBQ.

Storage & Preparation:
Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Preparation and Usage
Preheat pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry sardines ona  medium heat hob for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Not Suitable for microwave cooking. Will contain bones.
