Our coley is sourced from the cold North Atlantic water and from Cornish waters in season. Coley is a large fish high in protein and is highly versatile. The flesh is often a dull off-white colour when raw but lightens during cooking. It has a mild flavor and is delicious in goujons, fishcakes, or as a creamy seafood pasta.
Keep chilled below 5°C.
Once opened eat immediately.
Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking
